Hello Parents and Students,
The assigned project for this weekend is for your students to recreate the exact meal minus the dessert that we made for our service day on 9/23/16. The purpose of this assignment is to work on their memory retention as well as to determine how well they paid attention to what we produced in class. The items they are recreating are Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast, Garlic Herb Broccoli, Herb Red Potatoes, and a Honey Butter Roll. I do not expect them to make huge portions of these items however I do expect them to create at least enough for one person. There is a Google Docs survey posted for you to complete once your meal and cleanup is done by your student. The dessert does not need to be made. Your student was informed that extra credit would be given if pictures of their finished project were taken. This project counts as a project which is 20% of their grade. The due date to have this completed is Monday Oct 3.
